You agree not to use CVHero for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design of CVHero are owned by Nova Web Studio.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., CV data), but you grant us a license to use it solely to provide our services.
5. Payments (if applicable)
Fees and billing terms will be displayed at checkout.
By purchasing, you agree to the listed prices and payment terms set by Nova Web Studio.
All subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or credits will be given for partial billing periods.
If you are a consumer in the EU and entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, this right expires once you agree to the immediate start of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
CVHero is provided "as is." Nova Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
